Festivities will be held at River City Venues down the street from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, home of ISTE 2022. We expect a packed house, so register NOW to secure your spot.

NOTE: FlipFest will be in the River City Ballroom, one of several spaces in the River City Venues location. On-site signage will lead the way.
Doors: 7:00 PM local time
Pre-show: 7:30 - 8:00 PM
Live event: 8:00 - 9:00 PM
After party: 9:00 - 11:00 PM
Parking
We regret there will be no on-site parking. The location is within walking distance of the convention center, or you can arrange for car transport via a ride-share service, taxi, hotel shuttle (if available).
Checking in
Early registrants will receive party credentials in the mail before the event. All others can go to the Microsoft booth at ISTE anytime before the party to pick up their passes. (Not attending ISTE? No worries! Just check in at the door the night of the party.)
NOTE: All in-person FlipFest attendees will need to pick up their food vouchers as they enter the event facility Monday, June 27.
Food and Drinks
Each in-person guest will receive one $10 food voucher at the door to redeem at a variety of food trucks. Beverages will be available for purchase via cash or credit card.
Event Attire
We’re doing things NOLA style for FlipFest!
Attendees are encouraged to wear “Mardi Gras festive” attire to help jazz things up. We’ll have some Flipgrid goodies for in-person attendees, but we’d love to see your style shine the night of the event.

COVID Protocols
ISTE will require its guests to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to gain entry to the conference. We will not check these documents a second time at the door for FlipFest. We’ll also reflect ISTE's no mask mandate, but we respect and support anyone who chooses to wear a mask for their own safety and the safety of others. For more information, please access this link.
